By accessing, installing, or using the Quick Bilty mobile application or website (collectively, “Platform”), you (“User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Scope of the Terms
These Terms govern the usage of the Quick Bilty platform by all types of users including, but not limited to, Packers & Movers, Relocation Service Providers, Transporters, Drivers, and other business users. The Platform provides digital tools for generating Bilty, Invoices, Quotations, Goods List PDFs, and sharing them with clients.
These Terms apply to all services provided by Hexile Services via this platform. Any additional services or deviations will only be valid if confirmed in writing.
2. General Policies
- Users subscribing to Quick Bilty plans will receive support for all valid technical or usage-related queries.
- Hexile Services reserves the right to restrict or terminate support if the service is used excessively, fraudulently, or in a manner that affects others.
- Subscription plans are non-transferable and are valid only for the registered user or business entity.
- Features, pricing, or policies may change at any time without prior notice.
3. Rights and Responsibilities of Use
By using Quick Bilty, you agree NOT to:
- Access or use the Platform in violation of applicable laws.
- Upload or share documents or data you do not have rights to.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Interfere with servers, systems, or other users’ access.
- Use the platform for unauthorized scraping, spamming, or distribution.
4. Product & Subscription Limitations
- Users may be notified of upgrades or new versions of Quick Bilty during their subscription.
- No access will be granted to upgrades released after the subscription expiry.
- Unsubscribed or expired users will lose access to premium tools and support.
5. Confidentiality
Hexile Services is committed to protecting your sensitive data. Any data not publicly available is treated as confidential.
We may share data with authorities if required under law. Payment card details are never stored on our servers and are handled by authorized payment gateways.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hexile Services and Quick Bilty shall not be held liable for:
- Any pricing, quality, quantity, or delivery disputes between the user and their clients or agents.
- Any logistics-related delays or failures (e.g., late delivery or pickups).
- Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform or services.
- Legal disputes arising from user-generated documents.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Hexile Services harmless from any liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Quick Bilty name, logo, code, design, and documentation belongs to Hexile Services. These may not be copied, reused, or distributed without explicit written permission.
Third-party trademarks or content used on the app belong to their respective owners.
8. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
- Disputes will first attempt to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
- If unresolved within 60 days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- A sole arbitrator will be appointed by Hexile Services.

- Language: English (or in the user's language + English)
- All proceedings, evidence, and correspondence shall remain confidential.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All legal disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
